It may be risky to watch Super Bowl in Sun Life Stadium

I guess many people has been prepared for enjoy the biggest game of NFL this Sunday in Sun Life Stadium, but look out under your feet, some loose brick may cause huge panic without any help from terrorists, whose rare activities has caused the host to produce a long banned list that may allow in only those taking nothing with them but a piece of replica of authentic NFL jerseys.

But it seems that they should have paid more attention to the danger existing inside the stadium. According to a Miami-Dade Fire Rescue news release, four people were injured when a small stage collapsed outside Sun Life Stadium and had to be taken to hospitals Tuesday night. Two of them were even transported by helicopter and the others by ambulance.

What’s fortunate, the injuries were not life-threatening ones, but the whole accident appeared to be a bit ironic to the nervousness about terrorism. Anyway, take good care of yourselves and enjoy the event!

Jets QB Sanchez missed Monday practice but remains possible for Sunday game

Although the sprained right knee is serious enough to keep the New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez from practicing Monday, Coach Rex Ryan just keeps optimistic about the rookie’s playing status for this Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

“He’s so much better,” Ryan said. “We thought we were going to get good news from the MRI, we did. Just the way he’s approaching his treatment and rehab and everything else, you can tell he is definitely willing. That’s for sure.”

Sanchez will initially wear a brace to stabilize the knee, and could play with it Sunday against the Buccaneers if medical stuff confirms that he could wear back his Jets jersey to play. If so, he would have to wear two knee braces while playing because he already wears a brace on his left knee from a previous injury.

Roethlisberger: minor injury does not matter

As it is reported by Associated Press, Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger returned to practice Thursday. Just one day after he left the field for knee injury caused by a collision with RB Willie Parker.

Roethlisberger's returning soon may show that he did not get any heavy injury. Although his left knee was still wrapped, everything seemed normal with him during the practice.

Roethlisberger limped off the field immediately at the end of workout on Wednesday, but now he seemed not in need of any further treatment. Good news to the Steelers, in a time when many players have to unergo surgery after getting injuried.
