The New England Patriots running back Fred Taylor participated fully in practice Wednesday for the first time since being sidelined, seeming set to face his former team after missing 10 games with an ankle injury.
The Patriots play Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who released Taylor after he spent 11 seasons of his career in Jaguars jersey and became their top career rusher.
Nose tackle Vince Wilfork, who missed last Sunday’s 17-10 win at Buffalo with a foot injury, and defensive end Ty Warren, who sat out with an ankle injury, returned to practice on a limited basis.
Quarterback Tom Brady did not practice again and was still listed with right shoulder, right finger and rib injuries. He practiced with those injuries Thursday after missing Wednesday practice last week and did his starting job well enough in weekend’s game against the Bills.
